Beef Burgers

Ever wondered how to make the perfect beef burger at home just how your favourite burger shops do? Well this is it!

The secret to this recipe is the special sauce, as well as the patties! The patties are a blend of minced chuck and brisket - just how they do it at the best burger shops.

Everything about this burger is perfect, I can guarantee it will be one of the best burgers you will try, made in your own home!

I mean look at the picture, I’m hungry writing this up!

With the patties, your best to ring your butcher ahead to ensure they can blend it for you. Most will do it, but will need notice and then it’s ready when you go and pick it up!

The best burger cheese can be found at Coles - the dairy lea burger cheese! It’s a must!
