Lemon Garlic Chicken Wings

These wings are so delicious, you literally cannot stop eating them!

This is one of my favourite weeknight dinners, with only a few ingredients dinner is ready in no time with no effort!

These are made by baking the wings until crunchy and golden and then covering them in the garlic lemon sauce!

I love to serve these with potato wedges and a super fresh salad!

Prep Time: 5 min

Cooking Time: 45 min

Serves: 2 as a main


Ingredients:

  • 1 x pack chicken wing nibbles (850g)

  • Olive oil

  • Salt & pepper

  • 1/3 cup Lebanese garlic dip

  • 2 lemons, juiced

 

Method: 

Preheat oven to 200c

Place wings in a bowl and drizzle oil over them until coated. Top with salt and pepper

Place on a lined baking tray and bake for 45 minutes until cripsy and golden

Meanwhile, mix together the lemon juice & garlic dip

After 45 mins, pour the lemon juice and garlic dip all over the wings.

Return to the oven for a further 25 mins

Serve, topped with the pan juices and enjoy!
